How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5-8 working days depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks depending upon the availability of the product. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India the delivery may take upto 10 working days.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once it is dispatched. An email and SMS will be sent with a tracking code and link. It you have any confusion you can email to us at care@divinefaith.in

Which courier companies used to deliver the product?

All our products are shipped via Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees and EcomExpress on the pincode.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges can be processed in the case of size issues. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 3 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.

If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.
